Grade System
Every operative is assessed and graded across five tiers — giving clients immediate confidence in who they're deploying, and giving operatives a clear progression pathway.
SIA CP licence. Up to 2 years experience. Static, event and low-risk residential roles.
2–4 years. Mobile CP. FPOS qualified. Corporate residential and low-profile principals.
5+ years. Military or police background. International exposure. Advance work capable.
8+ years. Team lead. Hostile environments. SC/DV cleared. UHNWI and complex deployments.
10+ years. Command level. Royal, diplomatic or board-level executive protection.
